Dieses Script hat eine Doppelfunktion:
1. Es prüft, ob relativ zur aktuellen DEVONthink-Datenbank bereits eine
   gültige Konfiguration für den Belegversand existiert.
   Falls ja, startet es direkt das Hauptscript _belegversand.scpt.
2. Falls noch keine gültige Konfiguration existiert, führt es die
   Ersteinrichtung durch:

   - Konfigurationsdatei schreiben
   - README-Datei anlegen/aktualisieren

Dieses Script ist der eigentliche "Dispatcher" zwischen

- und normalem Versand.
